Independence Elementary PTO is always looking for volunteers. Maybe you are new to the school or just would like to lend a hand, get on our contact list to let us know you would like to volunteer. We will contact you for different events for the school to see if you are free. No pressure!
Independence Food Pantry
Our food pantry is EMPTY, with exception to green beans....
Did you know when you walk in the main entrance of the school building between the double doors, there is a giant brown bin to the left? You can just drop donations in there. You do not walk into the school!
If you can, please help us get some food on those shelves, non perishable items please. There are some kiddos who will greatly appreciate it!!

Once the app is installed, follow the instructions and select Independence Elementary as the school to receive your box tops earnings. It is that simple. Box Tops are still worth 10¢ each for our school!
The app will find participating products purchased at any store and instantly add cash to your school's earnings online. All receipts must be scanned within 2 weeks of original purchase for the box top cash to be redeemed and placed in our school account. So scan your receipt as soon as you are done shopping and let the app do all the work!!
